More than 4,700 auto dealerships across the United States have sent a letter to President Joe Biden urging the administration to halt the Environmental Protection Agency’s efforts to enforce stricter vehicle-pollution standards. The dealerships say customers are not ready to switch to solely battery-powered vehicles because of unresolved challenges.
