After Hertz announced that it will be selling off 20,000 EVs from its fleet, Business Insider is reporting that consumers can purchase used Teslas for about $20,000. However, they note that when it comes to EVs, there are a number of different pitfalls to keep in mind since the used market is not near as mature for battery-powered vehicles.
